Ashington come back from two goals down
In the Northern League Ashington recovered from a 3-1 deficit to defeat bottom-of-the-table West Auckland Town 4-3.
Elsewhere, Saturday's 5-0 rout of Horden CW was further evidence that Whitley Bay will take some beating, while second-top Spennymoor Town lost ground when they were held to a draw by Dunston UTS.
