Visitor numbers up at Woodhorn
Visitor numbers at the Woodhorn Museum and Archives Centre in Northumberland between July and mid-September are 22% up on the same period last year.
The overall numbers coming through the doors of the Ashington attraction are up by 10% so far this calendar year compared to 2008.
The Northumberland at War exhibition currently running at the museum has attracted 14,000 visitors.
