New team Lynemouth are taking the MB Socca Leagues by storm and they head Division One after overcoming fellow title contenders Cramlington Ford FC 2-1.

Joint top and hot on Lynemouth's heels are North Seaton Elephant, who looked more like the team of old as they convincingly beat old foes Newbiggin Sports Centre 3-0.

Real Ashington smashed struggling Entertainers 7-2, while the game between Stakeford and Northern Social Club was declared void.

Newsham Blues are top of the pile in the Second Division as they crafted a great 4-0 win over previous leaders The Railway Inn.

Station Boys are now in second spot and had to settle for a share of the spoils in a 2-2 draw with Newbiggin All Blacks.

Newsham Whites gained their much-needed first points as they ground out a 1-0 win over Brazilliant .

In the final game, Station FC picked up all three points with a 3-0 victory over MSC All Stars.
