Businesses welcomed to Ashington office development

Posted by The Journal on Feb 18, 09 02:30 PM in News

Businesses are being invited to look around a new office development.

The Enterprise Court business park, at North Seaton Industrial Estate in Ashington, contains 16 industrial units and office space with a total site area of 72,059 sq ft.

It has been developed by Spencer Holdings at total cost of more than £3m.

Keith Raine, Go Wansbeck's programme manager, said: "Enterprise Court is a big visible statement of the transformation underway in Wansbeck. The units can accommodate different types of businesses on a very attractive site and, very importantly, it caters for smaller enterprises too."

Jim Spencer, chairman of Spencer Holdings, said: "This is a prime location with easy access, which will provide local businesses with excellent opportunities to develop."

An open day is being held at Enterprise Court on February 24 from 9am to 2pm to give local firms the chance to see what is available.

We'd like to hear from you.
