Talk on Pitmen Painters at Woodhorn
A talk on Ashington's famous group of Pitmen Painters and their work will be given at the Woodhorn Museum and Archives Centre at 2pm on Friday January 2.
The free talk is by William Feaver, pictured, the art critic and broadcaster who wrote a book about the group. Places are limited and should be booked in advance at the Woodhorn welcome desk or by calling (01670) 528080.
Paintings by the group are on permanent display at the museum.
