Ashington hospital staff treated to lunch
Staff at Wansbeck General Hospital are to receive an early Christmas present.
The 6,000 employees of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust at the hospitals in North Shields, Ashington and Hexham will be given a free Christmas lunch.
The catering department will serve Christmas dinner from Monday to Friday.
