Ashington man charged with witness intimidation
An Ashington man has been charged with witness intimidation.
Scott Barnes, 29, of Newbiggin Road, Ashington, was arrested yesterday following an incident at South East Northumberland Magistrates Court where he was appearing charged with theft.
He was later charged with witness intimdation and remanded in custody to appear before magistrates today.
